Welcome to Proxolar. By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Products
Proxolar sells digital document templates (including but not limited to Solar Proposal and Company Profile templates) designed for independent solar installation businesses. All products are delivered digitally and are editable using Canva.
2. License and Usage Rights
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased template(s) for your own business purposes, including editing, rebranding, and sending them to your own clients or prospects.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the template files (edited or unedited) as a standalone product
- Claim the original template design as your own intellectual property for resale purposes
- Use the templates to create a competing template product
3. Digital Delivery
All products are delivered instantly via a Canva link provided at checkout and/or via email. It is your responsibility to ensure you have access to Canva (free plan is sufficient) and a valid email address to receive your files.
4. Payment
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We do not store your full payment details.
5. No Refunds
Due to the instant, digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Please see our Refund Policy for the limited exceptions that apply (corrupted files, wrong product sent, duplicate charges).
6. Intellectual Property
All template designs, layouts, and branding elements are the intellectual property of Proxolar. Purchasing a template does not transfer ownership of the underlying design — only a license to use it as described in Section 2.
7. Limitation of Liability
Proxolar provides templates "as is." We are not responsible for the outcome of proposals, contracts, or business results achieved using our templates. You are responsible for reviewing and customizing all content (pricing, legal disclaimers, company information) before sending any document to your own clients.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
