Refund policy
All products sold by Proxolar are digital goods, delivered instantly upon purchase. Because of the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the files have been delivered or made available for download.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product with immediate access, and you waive any right to a withdrawal period that might otherwise apply to physical goods.
Exceptions
We will provide a replacement file, a fix, or — at our discretion — a refund in the following cases only:
- The files you received are corrupted, incomplete, or do not open correctly in Canva
- You received the wrong product due to an error on our end
- A duplicate purchase was made accidentally (charged twice for the same order)
To request assistance under one of these exceptions, contact us at proxolar.team@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase, including your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 1-2 business days.
